COASTAL RESIDENCE

New Coastal Residence; South Shore, MA

Vanecko, Ltd. was the Architect for this private residential compound on an island off the Massachusetts coast, including new 17,000 SF residence, road bridge, swimming pool and private dock.

1. •Design required Large Home Review approval from the Town Planning Board.
   

2. •Design features include a new shingle-style residence with generous living spaces and guest quarters, screen porch, widow’s walk and landscape features.
   

3. •Mechanical systems include geothermal well cooling, in-floor radiant heating, full featured audio/visual systems, integrated HVAC, alarm and security control systems, emergency generator.
   

4. •Responsible for design and design development, permitting, construction documents and construction administration.
   

5. •Interior design and furnishings.
   

6. •Coordination of consultants for landscape architecture, civil, geotechnical, and structural engineering, bridge design, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and lighting, audio/visual and data networks, security system.
